Mark escaped during the tragic fire and drifted from job to job, including running a free clinic and drug hotline, setting up medical facilities at rock festivals, teaching in junior college, developing and ignoring drug education programs, raising and selling plants, being a janitor, an attorney, a waiter, a judge, a lab technician, and babysitting dying pigs. He is married and has two sons: Jesse, a 33-year old attorney and fellow TopFive contributor, and Spencer, a 7-year old karate fiend who is not yet a contributor. Mark currently divides his time between serving as wife Janet's support team during triathalons and picking up fallen women and putting them back on the shelf.
