Besides having to suffer through bios that use the phrase "hard on", Jeff also experienced the loss of a major role model, when teenage Jeff's father was tragically electrocuted -- by the State of Louisiana. Jeff's life has been a string of dead end jobs and petty theft ever since. While doing some time in the late eighties, Jeff became an instant Internet convert. "The Internet is everywhere in prison." states Downey, "That's all the boys have to do. In fact, most Internet humor lists are developed by cons who prey on the list subscribers after being released." When not writing Internet humor, mugging the elderly, or stalking prominent members of the GOP, Jeff fancies himself as quite an artist and likes to sketch portraits of former cast members of MTV’s "Real Life" -- being mutilated and tortured.
